Getting back into creating and writing and just being in the mindset of authoring has been both exhilarating and frustrating, but the newest series is slowing beginning to take shape. And as new characters and plotlines are born, I find myself taking a fresh look at old favorites… and focusing more on getting them the attention they deserve.
With that said, I have a major announcement to make… This June, I will be making my first major appearance as an author at a truly major event! I decided to jump in with my most popular books so far, the Manhattan Werewolves series, and set up shop in Artists Alley at the Nickel City Comic Con here in Buffalo, NY. Major, right? Oh yeah! So, in addition to planning out and starting to write my next fantasy series (more on that next month), I’m also designing and making swag and giveaways and just trying to make my table the best experience possible for everyone who stops by. I’m excited because I’ll likely be one of the few, if not the only novel writer there, but I’m hoping that means I have something great to contribute to the experience for everyone there. And what better place to “debut” at an in-person event than at the premier comic con in the area?
That said, I’m off to work on some more goodies. Tune in next month for some juicy peeks at the newest series in the works…
